Thank you for your answer. I downloaded the svar file with the bundle and this part works. I still do have problems with psclient-api though:

I followed the Instructions in your Documentation.
In the bundle there was an install.bat file, which I executed. All builds were Successful.
If I check my local maven repository I see the following files:
"psclient-api-8.0.1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar" with a Size of 52 kb
"psclient-api-8.0.1.0-SNNAPSHOT.pom" with a Size of 5 kb
As well as a remote-repositories file and javadoc jar file (Size 167 kb).

Maven Error goes as follows:

When I checked my local repository, the folder commons-project-pom was indeed only containing a "lastupdatedfile".
There was a Folder with the psclientapi folder (above) and a psconnector folder with only a pom file.
The other builds like the collaborationbus or avaya-commons-lang, where built, contained a jar and a pom file.
Seems like I am missing this repository.

Update: I found the com.avaya.commons.commons-project-pom in the configuration. The parent of the psclient-api in the pom is the psconnector pom file. And the parent of this one, is the artifact which cannot be transferred.
Within psconnector pom I found a lot of dependencies which I did not have Installed - for examplre psng-logging or psng-data-object. I presume these are from the Nexus-Repository.
It seems like the psconnector dependencies were not downloaded from the repository - only the psclientapi.

It seems, that Maven cannot access the nexus-repository. I tried this from Home, so it cannot be a Proxy-Issue.
I looked into the following Post:

There it is written, that I have to download the Certificates, but I am not able to access any of the pages, suggested there. I also executed the batch file in the Zip-Folder, all the builds were Successful and are located in the local Maven-Repository.

I have a question regarding vdns.
I have a call intercept-snapin, which is invoked on incoming calls. The call goes first to cm - from there we configured a stirring digit to route the call to breeze. For normal users this is no problem. Calls to our hotline are managed via a vdn however.
So the call gets to cm, where the vdn determines, which agent should receive the call.
As Joel explained here:

We would need a sip trunk to sequence in breeze before the vdn.
But vdns are not users. How do you set up a callintercept for a vdn?
For example the service profile, must be assigned to a user.

Now I have a Java question. The Call terminates in CM and for my Programm it is essentail for breeze to know, whether an Agent is connected or idle.

I tested this by calling my Station and then ask a colleague to call it as well.
The method getState() returns IDLE on both calls.
Is this due to the call terminating in cm or did I misunderstood something regarding the State of Paricipant?

We got it working. The reason was, that the call was terminating in CM so the callintercept did not get invoked. After configuring the sterring digit and some call routing rules in cm the snapin got invoked.

Thanks for your reply. We have set up the system as you described. The problem seemed to be, that the cm routes the call directly to the endpoint so there is nothing to intercept for breeze. So we are currently configuring the steering digit you mentioned to solve that.

Now I have a rather trivial Java question. I want to remove this steering digit in my snapin. This makes the routing a little bit easier. I saw there was a method to change the presentedHandle but this is only on the surface not for the routing. Is there a method to modify the handle of the calledParty via Substring for example?
Java-API is version 3.4.

We currently have a similar situation and I wanted to verfiy, whether we have the same issue and if thats the case, whether there is a solution by now.

In our system every inbound call goes first to cm. From there we routed the call to session manager and from there to breeze. We created an implicit user profile there. Here lies our problem:
Via application sequence we invite cm again, sending a second call to sm, which invokes the snapin. We basically have to simulate an outbound call from cm to endpoint.
The snapin works that way, but the cm creates an additional call. So the agent has 2 calls each time with the same number.

If we do not use the cm sequence, the call goes from cm to session manager and from there to breeze, then back to cm but the snapin is not invoked. Breeze sees no reason to invoke it.
We turned on origination and termination sequence.

We are using Breeze 3.4, SDK 3.4, System Manager 7.1

I recently developed my first Callintercept Snapin. With application sequencing the programm gets invoked on outbound calls. On inbound calls the programm is not invoked. I have a SIP phone.

From the trace-files it seems the inbound call is routed through Session Manager:
