Resolution was found. the folder and file permissions were incorrect for POM to read the file. It might help to include some documentation on these requirements.

I am attempting to schedule a DNC import. All attempts have returned a 'failed' reason. Can you provide what log I might research the failed reason in? Thanks Scott

Can someone point me to the documentation on how to delete or archive outbound campaigns? We have a number or test campaigns that we would like to clean up from the Campaign List listbox. It is ok that this process will remove all campaign data from the database. Thanks Scott
