I'm trying to add an if object in a prompt. When I reference the complex variable it only allows the first field in the complex variable. How do I get around that. I just recently reimaged my PC and did not have this issue prior to the reimaging.

Any ideas?

I have a CTI C# application that started randomly when attempting to transfer the call from within the CTI application received the following exception:

This error does not occur on every transfer. Any idea what could be causing this, could it be a network issue? I'm attaching a log from the agent it contains both a failed and successful transfer.
