Hello Can someone please provide more info? I tried doing the screen pop on Avaya One-X agent and I was able to pop the screen but UUI wasnt showing up correctly. Just to let know that we are currently testing screen pop with simple visual basic script. We have testing this successfully with IP agent but it had a UUI format option which I didnt find in One-X agent. Any comments? Thanks

Currently our AEP is set to play wav file (I think its default by Avaya) when no voice application or application server available (tomcat). We would like to change this to send calls to specific VDN. Can someone please help, how can I achieve this? Thanks, Tak
