I have deployed an application in the AppServer but I can't get the trace.log.
We have AAEP 8.1.2, OD 8.1.2, Tomcat 9.0.8 and Java 8
The AppServer has a lot of application working delivering the trace.log.
I send you the ddrt.properties and the definition in AAEP.
This was my procedure:
I opened the AOD.
I copied the applicacion to a new one.
I changed some audios.
I tested in simulation.
I exported.
I copied the application.war to the AppServer (it is copied with the user root).
I changed the user root by avayavp.
I tested the app.
In the data/log nothing appears.
I don't get what is hapenning. May be a problem of group/user?

Hi, I don't know why my app is not generate trace.log on server
I put below 2 attachments showing how is my configs, and I still not have success on it
AAOD 8.1.2
Tomcat 9.0.8
Java 8
At the ddrt.properties I have localddtrace=enabled and localapptrace=enabled.
In the same app server all the applications are generating trace.log.
I deployed a new one and I can't get the trace.

Hi! I have the same problem with the trace.log.
I have a production environment with AAEP 8.1.2 / Tomcat 9.0.8 and AAOD 8.1.2.
Today I deploy a new version of an existing application, but I can't get the trace.log.
The previous app is running OK and it's getting the trace.
I can't figure out what it's happenning.
Any help????

Hi! I am developing an application to transfer an outbound call to a specific VDN, using SIP. I have to send an UUI with certain attributes of the contact.
The transfer works fine but I do not receive the UUI in a correct format.
I am using the C8,hex format to transfer (blind transfer) but I don't received the correct data.
I do not find out information about this type of transfer in a POM environment.
Do you have any information?

Hi! I've developed and application that runs in this scenario : IP-Office-ACCS-IVR.
In the ACCS there are a main menu with 4 options. The 2nd. one goes to the IVR application. The first interaction is a Prompt and Collect Node where the client enters the client number.
In some calls, we do not hear the prompt to enter the code, but we hear the nomatch audio, as someone has entered an invalid client code.
It's like the ACCS is sending some digits.
I attach the log for 2 calls. The first one has the problem and the 2nd. one works fine.

Ross: The problem was that the 1st. consultation was made to the number 82866 and the 2nd. was made to the DDE of the customer (that was the correct one).
I rewrite the entire application (beginning from 0) and now it is working!!!. I think there was any node that was corrupted.

I am trying to transfer the call to an external number.
I did a try/cath with a consultation call and I always receive "no answer" as result.
Then I add a second "consultation call" to the same number and this work ok.
Any idea?
I attach an example.

With consultation call I always use try/catch.
If I use the bridge transfer, how do I catch or know the result of the transfer?

Hi! The customer wants to transfer the call outside the PBX (to an external number) and wait for the result. If the call is answer, finish the application and if the call is not answer, play an annoucement and finish the application.
I'm not sure how to do it (with or without AES).

So, the solution was your ross + transfer via another vxml.

I've tried your routine and it repeats the announcement over and over again.
After select the "Service Menu" I have to log in in a new window, but I can't; I've received the message "Direct logins are not enabled, you must use EPM to access the service menu".
