The CCMA web interface can set an agents skillset to standby and preserve the priority value but when I set the skillset to standby using the OpenInterfaces SOAP service it forces the priority down to 0, is there a flag I'm missing that would allow me to preserve the priority? I am using the updateAgentSkillsets call to do this.

Not sure which board is most appropriate for this question. Our set up uses CM/SM and AACC. I've found the APIs for CCT and CCMM Open Interfaces but I'm having difficulty locating the APIs for the audio/media portion of the softphone. Is there a sample softphone I can work off from or is everything built on open standards?
