Hi,
Have an issue with webform creating email to the CC. When generate the email with the webform and set the FROM address to customers email, in some cases it would not arrive as the owner of the domain have SPF validation, to prevent email phishing.
To get around this issue, we use the webform domain as the FROM address. This causes a problem when the email arrive the contact center and agents would reply, as the reply address is not the one they should use, as this is placed into "reply to" field in the header.
Is it possible to use Email Open Interfaces API to replace the FROM address in the incoming email, with the "reply-to" address in the email header ?

Anyone know how I can just display contactID in the oubound subject field ?
I have turned off checkbox for customerID under general settings, however emails look like [<AR1>] {35} .. I just want the { } to be displayed.

A TSAPI connection on Application Enablement Services (AES) enables the Trio Enterprise Absence integration,
which allows agent set absence status from their phone by calling vector VDN and absence code
(1-9). This absence will be displayed on trio Enterprise Attendant client. Trio Enterprise is supplied with all prerequisite software.
Would this connection mean basic tsapi license ? how many, for each absence code ?
