Hi,
trace log seems OK ( see below )
Question: I would like to wait up to 1 second before the system processes the entered digits that are between 6 and 12. I only set the terminating timeout = 1s and I left Interdigit timeout to the default value. It 'correct..or do I have to set something else?
Regards

Thanks
I'll tried to set Terminating timeout = 1s , 2s and 3s but there seems to be always the same timeout before the system considers validated entered digits
I have used the property node into a prompt & collect node using a Static Built DTMF grammar ( min len = 6 max len = 12)
Regards

Hi,
This is what is described in the manual ( help contents from Eclipse ) :
Terminating timeout : Number of seconds the system must wait for an additional DTMF input when such an input is possible.
This property ........ Valid values for this property are positive real numbers. Numbers can be of the format "n", "n.", ".n" or "n.n", where n represents any sequence of one or more digits.
Sorry but I did not understand. I need to set a time in seconds or something else?
I'm using a property in a collect digits
In this collect digits I'm using a static built DTMF grammar ( min 6 digits - max 12 digits ) .
I would like to set a maximum time of 800 ms between the insertion of a digit and the other and max 200 ms before the sequence of digits to be processed by the system ( so max 1 sec. 800 + 200 )
how do I set the property in the collect digits?
.....

A question. If I make a flow with many modules local-call, the application server would have a greater load than the same flow built with sub-dialog?

It might be a good idea. Only that the flow consists of many modules and It has been migrated from a AAOD DD4.1 and DD 4.1 there were no local call modules.
To transform sub-dialog modules in local-call needs to make many changes , test, ecc.

I was afraid to have this kind of response!
To do what you suggest I would need to redesign many parts of the call-flow and this takes a long time
I have to try to find a solution that is able in a short time to solve at least part of the problems!
If you have some ideas like some piece of code in java or something...

Hi,
I need to make this steps
Main Module start a background music ( for example a long transitional audio )
After starting the background music, the flow continues using various sub-modules,servlet, ecc and the music is played in the background until the flow reaches a certain functionality in a certain sub-module ( I dont know where and when break the background music... )
There is a way to make it ?
Normally I use a transitional audio ..but , passing from one sub-module to another it is interrupted

Hi,
does not seem stored procedure problems.
While I had as a result __ DD_NULL I tried to call the stored directly from Eclipse and the result was OK. Had as a result __ DD_NULL I performed only if the stored using the connection pool.
When this problem occurred, all calls made from AAOD gave would seem to __ DD_NULL while all calls made from other channels were always OK
For this reason it makes me think that the problem is related to the connection management of AAOD

Hi
I have removed the datasource from each app's context and I have setted the context at the higher level.
I 'm testing the system using MaxActive = 5 and MaxIdle = 2
It works fine..but sometimes, after called a stored procedure, I have a __DD_NULL return in the result string without Exception and/or error..It almost seems that a connection is being used incorrectly...This error is random as it appears then disappears without changing anything or restart tomcat
Have you any idea about this ?
Regards
PS
Test on borrow is disable

Sorry...last question...
Could I rename JDBC data source created using AAOD Pluggable Connector without having to delete it and then create it again? I have assigned the same JDBC Data Source name on differents modules...

I'm confused. I'm trying to monitor open connections to the DB. is difficult to replicate a high call traffic but it seemed
that open connections are not the sum of the settings of the two forms, but it is as if the connection pool settings had one of the two modules (first called). From what you say, even if I had 2 modules with the same settings (eg. MaxActive = 20) and with the same connection string, the number of connections to the DB could be 20 + 20, right? Unfortunately I can not use the same module to call 2 different stored ... Can I somehow globally set the number of connections that link them to a single string while establishing a connection pool in different modules?
