AAOD v. 6.0 - Windows 7 SP 1 64bit - Eclipse 3.6.1
Hi,
a few days ago I have a lot of problems using the wizard 'export orchestration designer speech project'. After pressing the first 'Next' button , I am waiting for a very long time before I'll be shown the next window. Analyzing the resources it seems that eclipse is blocked waiting for I / O operation ... I tried to create new workspaces and / or new installations of eclipse but I can not solve the problem. do you have any idea ?
Regards

Hi,
I need to make a simple Bridge Transfer from an VXML application to a VDN xxxx
It works fine using the Bridge Transfer node from a VXML application but always if the applicazion is not launched as a Pom Application...
So ..if the VXML application is called from a POM strategy, when i try to make the transfer the system the call is disconnected
Sorry..but I'm using POM for the first time and I did not understand if I have to use some particular plugin or other
I want to clarify that my only purpose is to have a simple application that, after being launched by a strategy, make a call transfer
Regards

so .. when the system repeatedly play the message (without the original message is changed), there is a cache mechanism or the play is always done in streaming?
Thanks

» Multi-Language - Error adding a new prompt, 29/05/2013 14:46:59

For now I solved the problem using this way. I create a new project (only one language ) . Add a whole series of voids prompt calling xxxxx01-02-etc. . Add to the project all the other languages The system duplicates correctly all the voids prompts empty without compilation error . When I need to use a new prompt I rename one of the prompt and the system renames the same prompt in other languages without compilation error !

Thanks
The problem is that when I add a prompt, the system will automatically add in all languages and forces me to associate with each prompt a sentence. But after doing this, I can delete the phrase from one of the prompt (for example from the English language) that there are no compilation errors. It is not strange behavior?
Sometimes, also defined by having more than one language, I need to add a prompt only in a particular language ..
There is no way to add a prompt in one language (such as for phraseset) ?

Hi,
There are problems working with multi-language projects.
I can not add new prompts for a project that has more than one language
For example, in a project that has two languages (Italian and English), when I try to add a new prompt, the system goes into error.
This is what is written in the 'Problems'
Description Resource Path Location Type
Prompt "test2.prompt" does not exist in the language "Italian". test2.prompt / TEST_LINGUA / Inglese / prompts / TEST_LINGUA/italian/prompts/test2.prompt Orchestration Designer Invalid
Description Resource Path Location Type
Resource test2.prompt is invalid. Can not generated source. test2.prompt / TEST_LINGUA / Inglese / prompts Unknown Orchestration Designer Invalid
If I delete the English language, I create the new prompt and recreate the English language, it's all OK.
If I delete a prompt from one of the two languages, the prompt is cleared properly, even from the other language.
I can not, however, to add a new prompt.
Could you help me ??
There is a way to add or delete a prompt only from a language ??
Regards

» Stored Procedure return __DD_NULL using Global Connection Pool, 23/05/2013 01:44:17

Thanks... However I am sure that this is a side issue JDBC connection and it is not a stored procedure problem. In fact, if I call the same stored procedure from 2 different tomcat instances (having the same global pool configurations ), I get an OK response and a __ DD_NULL response. Restarting the instance of tomcat that returns __ DD_NULL and it works OK

» Stored Procedure return __DD_NULL using Global Connection Pool, 22/05/2013 09:15:41

Hello,
I am using type connector DataBase to execute a stored procedure. The settings for the DB (user, password, SID, ETC) are global and have been put on the conf / context.xml of tomcat. (Global context) When I export the module, I select the option 'Exclude JDBC resource from context file '. It works very well .. but .. sometimes the stored procedure returns as output '__ DD_NULL'. I noticed that this happens, sometimes, when certain operations are performed on the stored procedures (for example recompilation.) In these cases the only way to correctly read the output of the stored procedure is to stop and start Tomcat. I tried to use some options of the connection pool as the TestOnBorrow = true ... but does not work. This is because the connection pool is always to be OK and is done without problems connecting to the DB and without any exception java .... it's just that I can not read the output (output is always __ DD_NULL). Renewing the connection pool of tomcat (stop and sart) the system is working properly again. Can you help? I can verify that the return of the procedure is __ DD_NULL but then I can not in any way oblige the connection pool to renew ... (only way you stop and start and it is not an operation that can perform as a routine ...) . Can you help?
