We would like to know, if there are multiple ACD Splits, how we can dynamically pass the Split ID as a parameter for "CstaMonitorDevice".

Any suggestions would be great.

We have developed a CTI application using TSAPI-C# and we are facing an issue, that the hardphone log off is not detected in our softphone. On searching on how to handle this issue, we found that, we have to monitor the hunt group/ACD split of the extension through CSTAMonitorDevice.

Our question is, if there are multiple Hunt Groups/ACD Splits, then how we can dynamically pass the ID as a parameter to "Monitor Device" method (we dont want to hardcode the huntgroup ID).

We are using TSAPI 4.2.2 and C# wrapper. Any ideas or suggestions regarding this will be highly appreciated.

We have developed a softphone application using TSAPI-C#. Currently we are having an issue that when the Agent logoff through hardphone, the Softphone is unable to detect it and stays in Login mode.

We found that there is some filtering happening at the CSTAMonitorConfEvent. I have pasted the TSAPI Spy log for this event below.

In our application when we disconnect a conference call we are not able to get the Connection_Cleared Confirmation but in HardPhone the call is getting disconnected. Also , when tried with TSAPI Exercizer its returning the confirmation event for ConnectionCleared.

Funny thing is that its giving confirmation when i disconnect a single call.

Is that an issue with AES or the Application?

Ya i have handled the disconnect event and the problem is that a middle service monitor device enters and disconnects the calls and connects them again.. I think its a recorder service (Im getting ecSilentMonitor, but not all the times), so i get a fake disconnected event and application goes idle..

Hi, There is problem with the call filtering in my application . The event CallCleared is getting filtered even after mentioning it not to filter in the code.

We've developed an application for AES 4.2 , everything is working fine. But when we make extension to extension calls a conference event is triggered when the call is answered.

Here is the detailed flow.
1) Called from 19625 to 19624 from the application.
2) Call answered at 19624.

Now , a conference event is established automatically and another device ID: 299038 is getting added automatically.
Now problem is my application confused which is the real conference event and fake conference.

I am developing a CTI application using TSAPI & C# and I need to get the UUI string (attached as PrivateData) which is attached with the call. The below code fragment shows some light on getting the PrivateData.

But If you can guide me where exactly I need to place the code (TSAPI.cs or CSTA.cs) and how to get the UUI string it will be of great help. Your help is very much appreciated.

Hi all,

We are currently testing some Development applications in Avaya Experience Portal, the applications are written in DD 5.1. When we test the applications ported we are getting "Invalid MIME type audio/unknown encountered".

The application is not playing any prompts, but we can see that the application is being hit and inputs are also accepted. Please let us know how to fix the MIME issue.
