Our solution currently uses DMCC to remotely monitor and control physical, registered extensions via DMCC (No Media Control at the moment). I realize SIP support for DMCC is limited, but we're after an API or alternate solution that will allow us to:

1) See device registered states in a list for for SIP phones. List registered does not display SIP registration status.
2) Control SIP phones in dual registered dependent mode to perform functions like button press, make call, etc and receive display updates on SIP phones registered to Session Manager.

Here's our current environment:

AES 6.3
CM 6.0.2 in evolution mode
SM 6.2

We are able to use JTAPI / TSAPI to perform call control, but havent yet been able to figure out device control using DMCC. Using dependent mode to register a station gives me a Device unsupported error even via the DMCC dashboard, and if I register a station in independent or main mode, any device control on this station is done independently of the physical SIP phone.

Any suggestions please?
