Gentlemen,
I've tried to post this in many forums with no reply.
I've CO trunks connected to CM 5.2
I need to monitor calls going through those CO trunks so if the called number didn't answer, i'll send an SMS to third party.
If this is applicable, I need to know where to start and with which SDK.

As per some posts. I'm letting outbound calls passing through a vdn first so that user from extension=115 calls a vdn=171 which collects the outbound address.
When querying the call connection using JTAPI exerciser i got only trunk "T65#2" for the outbound leg as:
=>call1.getConnections() returned:
Connection[0] 115_c[1] (CONNECTED)
Connection[1] 171_c[0] (ALERTING)
Connection[2] T65#2_c[2] (CONNECTED)
Any ideas?

Gents,
I need to capture the DNIS for outbound calls so that if the call wasn't answered an email to be sent to a third-party.
Is monitoring outbound calls on trunks possible by JTAPI?
If outbound call is answered. Is there an event for that answer?

Gents,
For screen popup purpose we need to track customer interaction in IVR. For SIP Voice Portal environment, Can i get the UCID in the call flow and set it in the UUI so that do screen popup with as call unique identifier.
Is there any other idea?

I'm new to SMS. I'm trying the test page on AES and a fault is returned as below:

Hi,
I've configured CDR collection in CM trunk groups to (r).
Now non completed outgoing calls records are coming but i can't differentiate between records for completed calls and records for non completed outbound calls.
Any advice...
