Hi Experts,

I am analyzing the ways to get the EWT for a Particular Skill. Is there any way that we get these on any existing APIs like SMS webservice or something which can provide this info?

This has been fixed. Looks like on the AES we would require the Advanced TSAPI License. which was missing. once installed, all good.

I tried to setup the Wait time to 25 seconds as well.

Destination is hard coded in the application to send response immediately for testing. still same. Any other thoughts? I am using the sample application of JTAPI sdk

Hi Experts,

I am trying to decide the routing to an Agent with the JTAPI Applications.
I am able to see the RouteEvent recieved on JTAPI but CM is not using that AgentID which is passed of the SelectRoute(). Can someone suggest me what am i doing wrong?

I am trying to return agentid as part of routeHandler, But Call not routed to that Agent or never got the ROUTE_USED Event, always goes to the next step (fallback) in vector.

We are using Avaya CM 6.3 and AES 6.3. When any VDN is created in CM , how to make sure that it confers to Lucent V7 ? what are the steps to be done at CM side ? do we have any documentation ?

i tried removing the Accept header and still same result.

Getting Transport error: 415 Error: Unsupported Media Type , when i call Restful Web Services.

The URL is working in browser and other other REST tools with/without headers.

We are using tomcat stack.

we searched the unix system and we dont see this ddconfig.xml generated anywhere .

this is tomcat location where runtimeconfig app is deployed along with other IVR or OD applications:

/app/web/dyn/tomcat7/config/instances/Cluster1/apps/runtimeconfig
/app/web/dyn/tomcat7/config/instances/Cluster1/apps/IVR_App1

the libs are not available in cluster level but global level , all clusters use this global libs

/app/web/dyn/tomcat7/config/instances/Cluster1/lib

this is where all libs are available,

/app/web/dyn/tomcat7/config/global/lib/scertcommon-07.00.18.01.jar

but we dont see this ddconfig.xml in /app/web/dyn/tomcat7/config/global/lib/ or any other locations of unix file system.

But i could add the license server info and do other activities using runtime config url, which is confusing me.

i do have another question on certificates in run time config. if the license URL is https , do we need to import the certificates in runtime config ?

what we see is OD application is not able to recognize https license and is going to grace period.

do we need to import the license url certificates in run time config or tomcat ?

ya i did so , license url is saved and able to see next time , even if i log out and log in back in runtime config url. but still i could not find where this ddconfig.xml is there. i dont see this in under tomcat lib. but it is available some where else.
