Hi Guys,
Any update on this issue, I also encounter the same.. for a voicemail test upon checking tomcat logs, it shows 2 calls for one session id. First call is tagged as Answer Human then drop and then second call is made and tagged as Answering Machine. We have already installed pom license for call classification.
Appreciate any feedback.

Hi Guys, just wondering if someone could help me on the issue. Intermittently MPP is fetching the wrong audio file from the cache. I found a solution which indicates application level change on Avaya Support Site:
https://support.avaya.com/public/index?page=content&id=SOLN226156&group=UG_PUBLIC
Mechanism for a fresh fetch.
To always do a fresh fetch, you can put the VXML app in “jsp” file, and write a java script to indicate no cache is desired.
<vxml version="2.0" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/vxml" xml:lang="en-us" >
<%@ page language="java" %>
<%
response.setHeader("Cache-Control","no-store");
response.setHeader("Pragma", "no-cache");
response.setHeader("Expires", "1");
%>
<form id="form0">
…
</form>
Just want to know how could we implement the above on our application, how could you VXML app in JSP file and java script to insert the code above. Could you provide a sample application for the above. Appreciate any help.

Hi I develop a java code within a servlet below but its giving a null value.
public void servletImplementation(com.avaya.sce.runtimecommon.SCESession mySession) {
// TODO: Add your code here!
IVariable x = mySession.getVariable(IProjectVariables.GET_USAGE);
String mob_num = x.getComplexVariable().getField(IProjectVariables.GET_USAGE_FIELD_MSISDN)
.getStringValue();
System.out.println("MSISDN: " + mob_num);
IVariable y = mySession.getVariable(IProjectVariables.GET_USAGE_RESPONSE);
try {
NfdatausageStub Stub = new NfdatausageStub();
GetUsage req = new GetUsage();
GetUsage content = new GetUsage();
content.setMsisdn(mob_num);
GetUsageResponse response = new GetUsageResponse();
GetUsageResponse data = new GetUsageResponse();
data.getCap();
data.getUsed();
System.out.println("CAP: " + data.getCap());
System.out.println("USED: "+ data.getUsed());
}catch (Exception e) {
e.printStackTrace();
}
}
OUTPUT in console:
MSISDN: 9178703504
CAP: null
USED: null

The output of the said wsdl in SoapUI below:
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:SOAP-ENC="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:ns1="http://www.example.org/nfdatausage/">

<ns1:getUsageResponse>
<used>54</used>
<cap>52</cap>
</ns1:getUsageResponse>
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>
We need to get the value of used and cap element.
I suspect that this might need to be hard coded on a servlet instead of using the axis2 node, but were not that proficient in java. Hoping for your inputs.
Thanks in advance.
