can you please let me know how can we place a phantom call(without media) to VDN using ccxml ?? I mean ports can be used only when call is connected

I am invoking sample ccxml application through inbound call and in ccxml am making outboundCall using <createcall> element, for that outboundcall I am not able to get the call progress.
am I doing in correct way ?
If not please provide OutboundCall Sample app which I can try to run in my environment

Hi,
Please update, I set enable_call_classification=true in the hints attribute of the <createcall> tag and tried with event$.info.callprogress variable to get call progress state but everytime it is returning 'undefined' value.

Hi,
We have purchased CPD licenses and installed in Avaya Voice Portal. How to detect various call progress states like fax machine, Voice mail, answered etc., using CCXML. Please provide us some code snippet.
