I could not find an ACR related forum here on DevConnect, so taking a change posting it here.

Using the Search and Replay API, I am able to successfully play a call recording, but are not able to replay screen recordings using this API. Does the Search and Replay API cater for screen recordings?

If not, is it possible to hotlink to a recording on the Search and Replay screen on ACR. In other words, in a CRM, to listen to a recording associated with the CRM entry, provide a hyperlink that will open up the web interface of ACR with the search already applied so that the user can just start playing the recording?

I am trying to play back a call using the Search and Replay API on Contact Recorder. I have set up the API user in the ACR Admin interface, giving it roles "May use external API's, May export recordings as files". I have also given it rights to play back all recordings ("000000-999999").

Using the HTTP request, it looks like my authentication is passing. When I use an incorrect password, I get "401 Unauthorized", and when using the correct password, I get "401 Insufficient rights".

Is there anyone that can give me a hint on where to look or roles that I might have missed?

Also make sure that your TSAPI.PRO file is configured correctly with the IP of the AES server, and that the TSAPI.PRO file is placed in your Java classpath.

I am trying to get the called number on a call that is already established. In other words the connection listener is registered on a call after it is established.

When I try using the CallControlCall.getCalledAddress() in this scenario it returns null, presumably because that details are populated by the connection listener, right?

Is there any other way of getting to this details?

Or is there a way of getting to a specific call object if I only have the extension and the number that was dialled, assuming that the extension might have multiple calls active, and that the call is already established when I start searching?

I have downloaded the DMCC XML SDK and went through the documentation and examples. According to the documentation there should be a start-application-session.xsd, stop-application-session.xsd and some other related XSD's which I'm unable to find in the SDK I downloaded, but are mentioned in the documentation. Where should I find these XSD's?

The TSAPI.PRO file I have looks like this:

[telephony servers]

192.168.1.10=450

According to my knowledge the Java properties file format is:

property=value

Not sure if Java's properties class will read this.

I'm just interested to know what class / library is used by the Avaya JTAPI implementation to read the TSAPI.PRO file? I would like to reuse this class to read additional properties as opposed to introducing another library which will bloat the project.
