Hi,
How can I identify either call is consult call or normal call? I checked event.getCallControlCause and event.getCause in both cases value is 100.
Can you please suggest if there is any other parameter which I can check?

Hi,
We are dialing 4000 which is IVR number. We have following VDN & HuntGroup Number-
Option 1 - English, VDN=4001, HuntGroup=1006
Option 1 - Hindi, VDN=4002, HuntGroup=1007
When call comes to agent station we are trying to capture IVR number which customer has dialed initially but we are unable to get. We are getting 4001 & 1006 using following methods-
- event.getCalledAddress : 4001
-event.getCallingAddress : 1114
-ACDAddresses : 1006
Can anyone suggest how to get original called number (IVR Pilot Number) which customer has called?

This will give list of agents logged-in on requested terminal/extension.
I want to check if requested agentid is logged-in or not and if logged-in on which terminal/station/extension.

Martin,
Agent.GetAgentId() returns Agent Id of the particular Agent object. We don't have object of Agent class here as we need to get this info before call addAgent() method.
We will wait for your JTAPT expert till 2nd Jan.

Thanks for reply Martin.
Above is to check if any agent is logged-in on given extension whereas we want to check if given agentid is already logged-in on which extension.
This I am already using to get agent state but we want to return station/extension where requested agent id is logged-in and that extension may be different from the requested extension.
e.g
- Agent requested with agentid=2001 and extension=1010 but agent already logged-in to extension 1014.
- in this case addAgent throws exception that "agent already logged-in to some other station" but we want to inform requested client that "agentid=2001 already logged-in to station 1014"
Can you suggest step to achieve above?

Hi,
My team wants to check if particular agent id is logged-in on any station or not before calling addAgent method. Is there any JTAPI API for this? I haven't found in Avaya JTAPI doc.

Hi,
Is there any concept of setting wrapup codes while agent on ACD inbound call in Avaya Aura CCElite like Cisco Finesse Agent Desktop? If yes how can I configure in Avaya Aura CM and which AES JTAPI API will help me to set that.
We are using Reason Codes in Avaya Aura CM for agent to set their Auxiliary state with reason. Wrapup code help me to set customer feed back like "Customer Not Satisfied", "Happy Customer", "Immediate Help Required" etc.

Hi,
I was trying to get the ACD address in which agent is logged-in but getACDAddress() of LucentV7Agent retruns null. My expection is it should returns ACDAddress/skill configured for the requested agent.
I am passing null as ACDAddress in addAgent method as I am expecting agent should login in all groups/skills which are configured/assigned to agent in CM.

Hello,
We are new to Avaya Aura infrastructure.
We want to send voice alert to Avaya IP phones. For this our application server sends voice stream to multicast IP/port and now we want to notify Avaya IP phone to receive voice stream from same multicast IP/port.
Can Avaya expert suggest us what platform/SDK we need to develop this kind of application?
We already delivered this application for Cisco IP Phones deployed with Cisco CUCM and now we want to include Avaya IP phones support into our product.

Hi,
We are working on caption solution which will be used for the enterprise who has hearing disable employee. This system will send the other party voice as text to Avaya IP phone of employee. We know how to send text on IP phone.
We developed this kind of solution for Cisco CUCM environment.
My Q is, Is there any way to get only other party voice like Cisco IP phone-based call recording concept? If yes then how.
