We asked Nuance original, reply to that is AEP 7.1.0 is no control audio file buffer (no cache caused, but the previous version has cache to handle stream), please help whether this is really the case? And whether there is a solution to solve this problem (dithering sound in AEP 7.1.0) ?

We have 2 AEP System in our Lab, version are AEP 7.0.2 and AEP 7.1.0, In AEP 7.0.2, EPM & MPP & Application Server all install in one single standalone server (Linux base), and for AEP 7.1.0, EPM & MPP & Application Server are separate install on multiple server(Linux base).

The two AEP system connect to Nuance TTS Engine via MRCPv2, Nuance TTS Engine version is Vocalizer for Enterprise 6.0.2.2014021817 & Vocalizer for Enterprise Build ID 6.0.2.14049.

In AEP 7.0.2 environment, when AEP play TTS, the sound like normally, but in AEP 7.1.0 play TTS, there is a lot of dithering sound

When I using LaunchCCXML to trigger AEP Port to create call to dial 2003.
How can I know which AEP Port / channel (h.323) in ccxml.load ?

I need to createcall 2003 before knowing the AEP Port.
