1) How can I get the queue number of a connection? 2) Why I have this exception for many commands: Exception in thread 'AWT-EventQueue-0' com.avaya.jtapi.tsapi.TsapiPlatformException: Either the security database is turned off or the user has an unrestricted access, No List will be returned but any administered Addesses can be accessed. I soved my problem I cant get the state with: (LucentV6Agent) AgentTerminal.getAgents()[0]).getStateInfo(); Note: LucentAgent work too. but the command above, only returns the state and the workmode So..., cast the getStateInfo to LucentV5AgentStateInfo and there is the reasonCode :) ((LucentV5AgentStateInfo)((LucentV6Agent) AgentTerminal.getAgents()[0]).getStateInfo()).reasonCode

Hello, If I set a reason code to an agent, using: `LucentV6Agent.setState(int state, int workMode, int reasonCode, boolean enablePending);` or the agent set the reason code on the phone. How can I get the reason code of the agent? What is the object and method? :roll:
