Hi, Team
i'm trying to learn designer, download all software, donload docs and watch video about installation. But have no luck. There are no Avaya CE icon in my eclipse. Try to find any doc about troubleshooting and was not able to find it.
Can you please give some advice about steps in troubleshooting?
Eclipse Luna
Maven 3.2.1
SDK 3.0.3
during install.bat from SDK there are no any error and i see com.avaya.zephyr.eclipse.plugin.jar in the eclipse plugin directory

no we have only one IC host. it is very rare situation, but it will be good if we can retry new call in case of timeout (this is IC issue).

Sometimes we faced an issue on IC side and new call return timeout. next request is ok and IC return new EDUID. Is it possible in case of failure send newcall again to IC?

Dear team,
we have a customer and use transaction model with webserive, so our flow looks like:
begin transaction -> request1 -> reques2 > request3 -> end transaction
We send request from directly from java code. Customer want that all requests will be send in one TCP connection. now for every request we saw that new connections open.
is it possible to realize it in AAOD/Tomcat ?

Web service request -> <ns2:InitSessionRq xmlns:ns2="http://schemas.compassplus.com/two/1.0/fimi.xsd"><ns2:Request xmlns:ns1="http://schemas.compassplus.com/two/1.0/fimi_types.xsd" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:type="ns1:InitSessionRq" Ver="3.6" Product="FIMI" Echo="" Encoding="" Session="0" BusinessDate="2013-09-17T21:51:36.383+04:00" RetAddress="" Comment="" Savepoint="" Clerk="aviar" Password="" Language="0"><ns1:NeedDicts>0</ns1:NeedDicts><ns1:AllVendors>0</ns1:AllVendors><ns1:AvoidSession>0</ns1:AvoidSession><ns1:CurrencyCodes><ns1:Row><ns1:Value>0</ns1:Value></ns1:Row></ns1:CurrencyCodes></ns2:Request></ns2:InitSessionRq>

still have a problem. reques is correct, but I can't pass it to WS. what is the difference when execute WS via data node and your method? in data node we receive reply from WS, but when executing with your method I receive
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Connection refused: connect
at org.apache.axis2.AxisFault.makeFault(AxisFault.java:430)
at org.apache.axis2.transport.http.HTTPSender.sendViaPost(HTTPSender.java:193)
at org.apache.axis2.transport.http.HTTPSender.send(HTTPSender.java:75)
so it is not network issue, cause I can work with this WS with SOAP UI and also DD with data node. I check with wireshark and see that we can't open TCP session.
