» Json data from Context Store PDC not formatted correctly, 28/02/2020 13:25:19

Using Version: 7.1 (7.1.0.1202) Build id: 201604141446
Context Store PDC: cs-pdc-plugin-7.0.2.jar
When I execute a Get Context using the PDC the output I receive back in the Output Variable Data Field is not formatted correctly. It sort of looks like json, but it is missing all the double quotes. for example:
{Zip=, Last4ofSSN=, returnStatus=, SystemID=U, apptId=}
I think it should look like this:
{"Zip":"", "Last4ofSSN":"", "returnStatus":"", "SystemID":"U", "apptId":""}
What am I doing wrong?

Is anyone Integrating with Sales Force and using OAuth 2.0 for authentication.
Would be interested in seeing how you are implementing OAuth 2.0 to consume a web service. I want to be able to create a new SF case from IVR.
Any help/hints would be appreciated.

I'd like to get Expected Wait time or ASA from our Avaya CM or CMS and use it for routing decisions in Experience Portal IVR. Is there a webservice or something available to get this?

yes commons-httplicent jar was fairly simple to use ... a lot less frustrating than trying to use the WSOP file stuff.
Thank you

The webservice will only perform a GET and the webservice is setup to only accept a Content-Type of application/json.
The administrator of the webservice tells me they can't change that I need to send application/json as the media type with the GET or it will fail.
Do you think there is anyway to over ride what the runtime sends?
I guess I could just use the java HttpURLConnection and skip the WSOP stiff ... I can probably set it how ever I'd like that way?

I have attached a sample app as well as a debug log.
Your sample app is doing a POST instead of a GET? Not sure what else is different?

It looks like no matter what I do ... the runtime wants to send "Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded; charset=UTF-8" for the media type (BTW ... I am just doing a GET).
The webservice I'm using wants "Content-Type: application/json" or it fails with a "415 Usupported Media Type".
If I add it as a header in the REST webservice form ... then there are two of them and it fails with a "400 Bad Request".
Is there anyway I can change what the runtime is putting in ... or stopping it from putting anything in so I can just add the header.
BTW ... This webservice works fine in Postman where I can control the Content-Type header and send "application/json".

Cool ... That helps.
Looking at the trace ... It looks like the runtime is adding
02/03/2017 16:07:49:315 DEBUG - >> "Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded; charset=UTF-8[\r][\n]"
How do I get the runtime to add the Content-Type as application/json instead?
