Hi, How do I read the value for _avayaNoMatchCounter in the java code? I tried using sceSession.getProperty("_avayaNoMatchCounter") but that's not set. How do we access this value? If yes, is it possible to increment this counter value programatically?

Hi, We have WebLM 6.3 version but the certificate we have in place is older and has ves version WebLM 4.6SP3. Can you provide instructions on how to update this certificates in WebLM application?

I tried adding the certificate (but I see the certificate already in place). But, still we get the same error. Also you are correct in regard to certificates, the certificate is the older version for 4.6. I will consult with the Avaya and proceed from there. Thanks for your help.

Wilson, when I hit save, I get the License Url is invalid, or server is not up. When I use the unsecured one http:<>:8080/WebLM/LicenseServer. I get the three options 'Runtime enabled = true, CTI enabled=true, IC enabled=true" but not for the https connection. I was told avaya's recommendation is to use the https and not http and asked us to update the certificates on the application server. Can you provide instructions on how to generate a new certificate and update the certificates on the application servers? FYI, attached are the screenshot of runtime license configure when I use http and https

Wilson, yes on runtimeconfig I get the "server is not up" error

Also, we see on runtimeconfig License Server section that the License Url is invalid, or server is not up.

The OD Run time licenses are configured on the license server. However, we are seeing licensing issue when we try to use the below command in the prod server. wget https://<IPADDRESS>>:8443/WebLM/LicenseServer --2016-01-26 16:09:22-- https://148.112.56.40:8443/WebLM/LicenseServer Connecting to <IPADDRESS>:8443... connected. Hi, We keep seeing the below error everytime when the App Servers polls for the license.
