Avaya Meetings Management:
- Customization for Invitation language templates: Administrator can can add/edit/remove built-in
invitation languages for his/her organization by checking/unchecking the checkbox.
- Owner of recording files can be configured.
- A new option for meeting termination when the last moderator leaves the meeting.
- Administrator can reset moderator PIN and waiting room options for all virtual rooms.
- Administrator can create CSR (certificate signed request) without deleting current certificate.
- End user can hear a clear audio message if the OTP or dynamic ID meeting has not started yet.
- Meeting control page enhancements: Moderator can identify the moderators by a badge in roster
list. Moderator can play the user’s name by clicking the recording icon.
Avaya Meetings Streaming and Recording:

Avaya Meetings Management CDR Files:
- Access the CDR Files to view customer data records saved in Avaya Meetings Management. For more
information, please refer Administrator Guide for Avaya Meetings Management.
- The Avaya Meetings Media Server and Scopia® Elite 6000 MCU report bandwidth usage (minimum,
average, maximum),packet loss (minimum, average, maximum) and jitter (minimum, average maximum)
on Avaya Meetings Management CDR for each connected terminal.
- Scopia Desktop Server is no longer supported as of Avaya Meetings Server 9.1 but it can be
configured from settings section in application user interface.
- The ability to join meetings through a browser or mobile device is maintained via the Meetings
for Web (WebRTC) and Avaya Workplace Client, and your device is automatically directed to the
best experience based on your device, browser and logged-in status. Users can edit their virtual
rooms via the Unified Portal.
Avaya Meetings Media Server:
- Server platform support: Avaya Solutions Platform 130 Appliance ships with VMware vSphere 7.0
Standard.
- The Media Server features a new deployment option called the Flexible OVA profile,it delivers a
finer grained video port capacity that better matches the actual hardware server capabilities.
This contributes to reducing the overall solution footprint and cost for a given video port
capacity.
- The Flexible OVA profile supports up to 64 vCPUs in reserved or unreserved MHz options.
- The Avaya Meetings Management interface displays the new video port capacities, provided
appropriate Flex Media Server licenses have been purchased and applied.
Usage with Avaya Session Border Controller for Enterprise:
- Configure URI groups and limit the range of virtual rooms that external callers can call.
- Add user agents and allow only certain types of endpoints to access an Avaya Meetings Server
conference.
- Users can manage the Avaya SBCE configuration for unregistered SIP endpoints and limit access
for external callers.
