Calls will be put in queue as they arrive. We need to pull highest priority call from the queue and forward to an agent. I am looking for a way to accomplish this.

I don't think it is possible for a third-party application to reroute a call while it is in a queue.

Normally, an application would route a call using an Adjunct Routing step in a vector but this is not possible while the call is queued.
