Tail the two log files, before running the scenario
ce dlogw | tee /tmp/breeze.log
ce dlogw | tee /tmp/ed.log

also please share traceSM from Session Manager.

run the scenario, and stop tailing the log files, send us the two logs along with the trace.

Could you please enable logs for EngagementDesigner(ce dlogon EngagementDesigner), Breeze(ce dlogon), traceSM from Session manager.

Note down the time stamp, tail the logs
ce dlogw EngagementDesigner | tee /tmp/ed.log
ce dlogw | tee /tmp/breeze.log
Run traceSM on Session Manager

Reproduce the sceario, stop tailing logs and traceSM

Send the logs , will try to anaylyse.

Could you please let me know if we can debug live ?

I believe you can use the same media server for adding MRCP.

For text to speech , we need to configure MRCP server for example Nuance on Avaya Media server , please refer to the the Media server documentation,

Could you please let us know the EngagementDesigner and Breeze version ?
possible way is , you can instantiate a workflow using the Eventing connector Rest API's.

The process follows as below:
1) Open EngagementDesigner Administration console, navigate to Event catalog tab
2) Create a Event Catalog and based on your requirement of payload create a schema accordingly, submit the event, which would get stored in database.
3) Now open designer, on start chose the Event created above, now from the payload you can access the data to your tasks.
4) Fire a REST request to EventingConnector, with payload matching the schema.

For firing the REST request to EventingConnector, please refer the breeze SDK, extract the breeze sdk and navigate to
Avaya-Breeze-SDK-<version>\Avaya-Breeze-SDK\REST-API-Docs, this has information on how to use the REST API's.

Could you please let us know the breeze version you are using ? because we dont see the attribute for SMTPS on email connector on latest versions.

Also did you tried following this steps to install the certificate on your breeze node ,

Procedure
On the System Manager web console, click Elements > Avaya Breeze™.
In the navigation pane, click Cluster Administration.
Select the cluster to which you want to administer the trusted certificates.
Click Certificate Management > Install Trust Certificate (All Avaya Breeze™ Instances) to download the trusted certificate for all the servers in the cluster.
note Note
The Trust Certificate that you are about to add will apply to all the Avaya Breeze™ servers assigned to the cluster.

From the Select Store Type to install trusted certificate menu, select the appropriate store type.
Click Browse to the location of your Trust Certificate, and select the certificate.
Click Retrieve Certificate, and review the details of the Trusted Certificate.
Click Commit .

After this do a was restart , login to Breeze terminal and issue command
was restart.

I dont see any configuration available on EngagementDesigner attributes nor Admin console nor Designer task.

Could you please post this on Breeze Forum as this seems to be answered by Breeze team.

Also meanwhile you could download the cert error which are seeing in logs and install to your breeze cluster and see if that helps, follow below steps

Glad to hear that, its recommended to use appid while making an outbound call and doing operations on that.
