Is there any known integration experience between AA EPMS and Nuance Verifier?

Hi, I have a question regarding viewing application details in Standard Reports on Experience Portal. During security check on one of our customer's sites has been found out that errors like 500 caused by IndexOutOfBound are shown with all details possible. We were required to "hide" the error details and change the error header to something general.
Is that possible at all?

While running the system in production, we get:

- error.badfetch.http.500

Problems discontinue when stopping using the load balancer.

Is there something that can be done to improve the performance /eliminate those errors?

Hello,
we need to empty contact list twice a day. not manually, but automatically. There is a method in POM web service that deletes a record from the contact list (DeleteContactFromList). The problem is that we have about 2000 records or more that have to be deleted in a time period not more than 15 minutes so deleting one by one could be problematic. While the "empty contact list" button does it immediately, we do not have a remote access to the system to perform this task twice a day. we need another solution.
Is there any other WS method that empties a contact list?
