I am looking for confirmation that an OD 7.0 License (not AEP license, just the OD lic) works for applications built using OD 6.0 and using a 6.0 runtime. Does anyone have a link to Avaya docs that indicate this?
I have tested it out and it works, but I'm looking for written confirmation.
LICENSE: AVAYA AURA ORCHESTRATION DESIGNER R7
Thank you.

I had this happen as well. I had many many Java references (1000+). It was truly a pain.
I wrote a Powershell script (regex) to make the substitutions and this worked for the most part.

Sure. Yes, I have removed the previous version of scertcommon from the server's lib directory. I have replaced it with scertcommon-07.01.08.04x02.jar.
When I install the runtimeSupportWebLogic.war, the server log displays:

Ross,
I tried the hotfix however I was not able to get it to work. My app server is a WebLogic 12c and it has a problem with the 'temp' Specification-Version: 07.01.08.04x02.
Is there anything that can indicate to me that the issue which was previously identified is the same one that am having? Will this issue apply to all MPS environments with OD 7.X? I have reviewed my logs, but I don't see the different DDSESSIONIDs. Is there anything else?
Also, I am not sure that going down to OD 7.0.0 will help either with this issue based on the comments I have in this thread.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks. -Ian

Thank you for the quick response. I will try it.
Offhand, do you see any issues with using MPS 3.5 PB3 or OD 7.0.1?

Hi Ross,
I am experiencing a similar scenario. Environment:
MPS 3.5 (3.5.3) Patch Bundle 3 (PB3)
Orchestration Designer 7.0.1.0804
Is there a clear way of determining whether the patch will fix my issue?
How can I get access to the patch?
Thank you,
-Ian

Jack. I'm beginning to worry that it's not possible. Do you know if the mmReport user has READONLY access to the CCMM DB, or is it a WRITE user?

Hi Haydar,
In your OB_Outbound_Primary script, you should retrieve 'CONTACT DATA CUSTOMFIELD1' . Then once you have the field, add an intrinsic using the ContactService and reference the name of that same intrinsic in your Screen-pop.

Hi Shahul,
Please search the docs for the term "Landing Pad". I think that this is more inline with what you are trying to do.

Just thought I would update this post with a resolution.
When using 3rd party DIW web-services of TLS, you need to specifiy the port number. Normally the HTTPS protocol defaults to port 443, however it needs to be explicitly specified.
https://myhost.local:443/thedata?wsdl
Further, if ever you make a mistake or remove and want to re-add a web-service that uses TLS, you need to give it a new 'Package Name'. If you try to re-add a web-service with a 'Package Name' that has been used in the past even though it is no longer on the system, the addition will fail with a registry error.
Also, in an HA enviro, I couldn't find any docs related to setting put the web-services on the Standby server. When you open the DIW, the web-services will not show up. When you try to duplicate your config from the Active, this will fail with a message indicating that you have entered a duplicate entry. I have a feeling that the procedure should have indicated to to backup the HAI registry from the Active and import it on the Standy, but this wasn't indicated and I did not feel comfortable doing so. Instead, I created to Package Names for my web-services.

Enviro: AACC 6.3 SU10
When I connect to the AACC's DB, namespace: MULTIMEDIA, the mmExternal user does not have access to the MM Views. In fact, the user does not have access to any of the Views. mmExternal only has access to the Tables.
When I connect to the same DB, this time using user mmReport, this user has access to the MM Views.
Does anyone know what I can do to get around this?
I would like to use mmExternal, or better yet a user created in the Server Utility to limit the user's access (READONLY).
Thanks,
-Ian

Hi Haydar,
Add a custom field (customerID) to your campaigns configuration. Once added, your caller information in the campaing will include this field and it can be read from a DB.
Over on the OB_Outbound_Primary script, read in the 'CONTACT DATA CUSTOMFIELD1' to retrieve the caller's customerID. Then you can use it in your screen-pop.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I am trying to load a WSDL using the Database Integration Wizard (DIW) to load an HTTPS Web-Service. I have specific the X.509 Certificate however when I click Load WSDL I get an error:
Error: Could not save SSL/TLS Configuration.
Has anyone seen this? Any ideas?
PRODUCT: AACC 6.3
Thanks,
