Check the following to ensure SOA is setup correct on the AACC Server:
1. Check Server Configuration
Run from Start Menu: All Programs - Avaya - Contact Center - Manager Server
Open the WS Open Interfaces Tab
Ensure SOA Enabled
Ports: 9080-9083
TLS is unselected
Restart all AACC Services if you make any changes here.
2. Check CCT Console
Run from Start Menu: All Programs - Avaya - Contact Center - Communication Control Toolkit
Ensure Enable CCT WebServices is selected
Check Ports run from 9084 i.e. do not overlap with OI Ports above.
Domain Authentication Server is the machine name of your domain controller
Authentication Method is Simple
3. Check CCMA Config
Logon to CCMA
Go to Configuration Component
Select the CCT Server
Make sure it is associated with the CCMS Server
4. Check you can load the webservices
Open Internet Browser:
http://AACCServerName:9090
This should load the Open Interfaces Web Applications screen
Select OpenInterface Splash Page
Select one of the Services
Click on the WSDL Location Link
Ensure WSDL loads correctly.
5. Check firewall policy to ensure CCMS is referencing the correct CCT SOA Port: 9084
6. Check Open Interfaces is enabled on the AACC License:
You can check your license by opening the following from start menu:
All Programs, Avaya, CC, License manager, Configuration.
Check the Real-time Usage tab for CCT Open Interface.
Check the Open Queue and Open Networking Open Interfaces value also.
7. Check Port 9086 is not clashing with Web Stats port.
