Hi,
I have a problem on method OnSetAgentState
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><CSTAErrorCode xmlns="http://www.ecma-international.org/standards/ecma-323/csta/ed3"><operation>invalidAgentState</operation></CSTAErrorCode>
"InvalidAgentState" ? What's mean ? Now, i can't login my agent because i can't SetAgentState. How can i fix this problem ?
I'm using DMCC 6.2, AES 6.1
Thanks,

Hi!
I want get agent skill after agent login. I see "getAcdGroup" in two event:
+ OnAgentLoggedOffEvent
+ OnAgentLoggedOnEvent
But i can't use it. I tried monitor VDN and ACD group (using serviceProvider.getThirdPartyCallController.StartMonitor(thirdPartyDeviceId, ThirdPartyCallsViaDeviceCallControlEvents, null); but when agent login , I still can not get into the events. How can i use this event ? Please help me.
I'm using AES 6.1 and DMCC 6.2
Thanks.

my Third Party Device Id is "4002:aesswo6:0.0.0.0:0" ( auto fill this textbox when i start monitor in Main tab)
My problem is "invalidDeviceID". I try to monitor VDN in my application but same problem.

but my monitorID is empty (in void getThirdPartyCallController_OnStartMonitorResponse(object sender, ThirdPartyCallController.StartMonitorResponseArgs e))
I've used Namespaces; Avaya.ApplicationEnablement.DMCC; IThirdPartyCallController; StartMonitor()
IP Address of the Avaya Communications Manager (SwitchIpInterface) is: 192.168.2.200
AE Service: 6.1
DMCC Dashboard: 6.2.0.29
I need to monitor calls received at a VDN/ACD. How can i do it ?
