I am working on XML solution for one of my customer using Nortel
CS 1000 Version 5.5. The customer requiement is Internal Phone
Directory which should be accessible and editable from their XML
enabled phone.

I would like to know the support toolkit to facilitate above
requirement. Can you provide me link where I can download the
development kit.

I am using ServiceProvider.dll, version 6.2.0.29 for .net and am trying to get the Call Information Events and Call Control Event but when i request for the same it gives me error as

I am using sample program from SDK(Sample_Client, Sample_Host) to test the configuration service (wcf) based but it gives me error

I found one document "http://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100128949" (page 8) last point which says In DMCC .net SDK they introduce one property which allow developer to adjust tcp receive buffer. What is that property and how to set that property?

I am using DMCC .net API to collect the call details and agentstate information, as call traffic increased i got ServerConnectionDownEvent
with Reason : Error on Socket during write attempt, socket to server has been closed! and application stop working.

After a further investigation on this i get to know this happens because of the TCP receive buffer full and AES host enable to send data to client (Win0 error).

Is there any way to set the buffer limit at client side, or in API so data congestion on TCP buffer can be avoid.

If it is possible in Dashboard then please share the step to get AUX change Events.
