Hi Team,
I am planning to use open queue interface to queue 3rd party chat to AACC, I need a list of events that 3rd party can register for and receive and the details inside each event.
basically I need to check if through those events 3rd party can tell if contact is already routed to agent and which agent ID?

I have one customer planning to use CCT SDK and the AACC Sip recording mechanism to record the calls using in house developed recorder, What is the Licenses required on AACC for the recording to connect correctly??

Hi all
I need to develop application that monitor outbound calls and report the status of these calls( answered, busy, no answer ....).
can I monitor the stations or even use monitorCall to get such events or status for the outbound calls??
in other words is this information available in anyway using this SDK??
