Hi,
Thank you for your support.
It works fine.
I tried to add "${WAS_INSTALL_ROOT}/lib/ext/neethi-3.1.1.jar" to shared file.
After adding the file, the application validation screen was changed from org.apache.axis2.jar to neethi-3.1.1.jar.
Found Apache-Axis2 (org.apache.neethi.Policy)
at C:\Program%20Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\lib\ext\neethi-3.1.1.jar
Version of jar file may not be correct expected neethi-3.0.2.jar
And then I tested to call the flow, it works fine without problem.
Thanks your advice.
Regards,
Kodera

HI,
I installed neethi-3.1.1.jar on ${WAS_INSTALL_ROOT}/lib/ext/ directory.
neethi-3.1.1.jar is provided by Avaya in runtimeSupportWebSphere.zip.
I confirmed the application validation screen.
The application uses org.apache.axis2.jar instead of neethi-3.1.1.jar.
Found Apache-Axis2 (org.apache.neethi.Policy)
at C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\plugins\org.apache.axis2.jar
Version of jar file may not be correct expected neethi-3.0.2.jar

Hi,
I have a trouble after taking the procecure.
How can I solve the problem?
I have the following system.
Websphere 9 / Java 8 / OD 8.1.2
There is section (Page 429) of "Performing additional WebSphere configuration" in Avaya Orchestration Designer Developer's Guide.
I followed the procedure of Performing additional WebSphere configuration.
After taking the procedure, the call flow does not work fine.
This is call flow log.
The call flow stopped that it was trying to get the parameters from VPMS.

Hi,
>>Did you try to invoke the runtime configuration servlet and on the AES tab ? There is log level 0-3 with 3 being most verbose.
Yes, Trace Verbosity is 3.
>>Are you looking in the AESConnector/data/log dir on your appserver ? Could it be a permission issue ?
I'm using Windows 2019. And other applications put logs correctly.
>>Did you check the file 'aeslog4j.properties' ?
I updated 'aesconnector.war\WEB-INF\classes\log4j2.xml'. Because OD8.1.2 release note says so.
After changed it, I can see some log in the log files.
There are only 8 lines.

Hi,
Thank you for your support.
Now there is no problem with TLS connection to AES.
But we cannot see the log of AESConnector.
Do you have any idea to put the AESConnector log?

Hi,
My customer wants to put aesconnector logs.
They are using the following's environment.
EP/OD:8.1.2
Web application server:IBM Websphere application server 9.0.5.
I found the known issue "AES Connector Not Logging" in Release note of 8.1.2.
But this is for Tomcat.
Is there any work around for IBM Websphere application server ?

Hello expert,
My customer wants to use the following environment.
EP/OD : 8.1.2
WebSphere Application Server : 9.0
Server side Java : IBM Java8
The compatible page says, OD 8.1.2 has compatible with Oracle Java 8/9/10/11 and Open JDK 10/11/12.
When the customer use WAS 9 with Java 8. which JDK we can use?
Can we use Oracle Java 8?
How about Open JDK 8?
