Thank you for your quick reply. However, as I mentioned the extension number varies (its not always 3540), but is different extensions. We haven't had a problem with these extensions previously. Is it possible that this is a network related issue?

We are getting the attached exception consistently though not frequently (approx 1-6 times per day). The extension mentioned in the trace varies on each occurrence. This is a trace from an AAOD IVR using the AES connector. Can you please help point us in the right direction on what the cause might be? Thank you for any help.

Yes, I have not only restarted OD 6, but my computer as well. This has been happening between 6 months and a year, so there have been many, many restarts. I have also deleted the breakpoint and variable views and then selected again. I also tried an old workspace which is long enough ago that it worked at the time. None of these helped, and it doesn't appear to be in the workspace. If this is a something that got out of sync, it appears to be permanent. I do get the following message when going into debug mode, though have never been able to determine what it means, so don't know if it has any relation or not.
"Model Proxy installed notification job has encountered a problem. An internal error occurred during 'Model Proxy installed notification job.'"

Good news...the AAOD 7.2 is now working, though I didn't change anything. I did reboot, but that's been done previously with no change. Anyway, glad that's working. Just so you don't think that I am crazy, here is a file of screen shots, since its still happens with my AAOD 6.0. The project is the same project in both instances.
You may not be support 6.0 any longer, but if you know what could cause this it would still be helpful, since I still have changes to make before I am fully on AAOD 7.2. It makes debugging a bit of a challenge. I am attaching screen shots.

I have been developing on AAOD 6.1 for a few years. I have just installed AAOD 7.2.0, and
have imported an existing project. Everything seems to be working OK. However, when I run
the simulator in debug mode (with local Tomcat) I have an issue. When a breakpoint is reached
which has been set within a node, I originally get all the variables and their values displayed in
the "variable" view. However, if I then 'step' or even continue to next breakpoint within the same
node, there are no variables displayed. I had the same issue with 6.1 recently, but thought it
had worked at some time in the past. Is there a setting or property I need to change to get this to
work again, or am I mistaken that it ever worked as I would expect? (I don't have this issue if I
step through .java code).
Thanks very much for any help.

Will an application compiled with OD 6 and Java 7.0 run on WAS 8.5?
I know we need to update to OD 7.2, but really had no need until possibly now. I was hoping we could update to WAS 8.5 first and then update the OD, so we aren't making two major changes at once. Thanks so much for your help.

Our AAOD IVR started getting the following error (no changes were made to the application):
com.avaya.sce.runtimecommon.SCERuntimeException: Invalid runtime license
at com.avaya.sce.runtimecommon.SCESession.throwRTException(SCESession.java:2080)
It appears that the problem is not with the license, but actually getting
to the license server. We found that there was an expired certificate on
the license server. A new certificate was locally created and installed on the
license server (PKCS12 format (.pfx)).
Our question is what now needs to be done on the WAS server which is running the
IVR application? Does the same certificate need to be installed there,
and if so, where? Any updates required for ddruntime? Thanks very much for any help.

» logging of UUI value, 23/01/2018 09:32:19

Hi. I am using OD 6.0. I have two questions related to the UUI input for a Consultation Call.
1. Want to confirm that the value assigned to ConsultationCall:UUI property is limited to a single string of 65 characters. There is no way to include multiple fields other than a delimited string of values. True statement? The person on the CM side of our application seems to think that multiple fields can be added.
2. Immediately after the Consultation Call is executed, I am attempting to log the values of the ConsultCallTransfer variable which is created for this node. The ConsultationCallTransfer:UUI field is always blank, though I am putting data into the UUI property at the ConsultCallTransfer node. Do I need to wait for a particular 'state' (i.e. transferred, queued, ...) before I can log the UUI field?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Thank you for the quick answer. Just to clarify, these are not different projects but the same project which is saved in a different workspace. But regardless of that, most of the changes now are modifications to existing flows which would exist in both versions of the code, so sounds like I'm out of luck. But at least I know my assumption of not being able to merge code in this case is correct. Please correct me if I'm wrong

I am using AAOD 6.0. I would like to know if there is a way to "merge" two versions of a project in my workspace. For example, I make change #1 to the code which will be the next deployment. Before that deployment happens, there is a bug in the production code that needs to be fixed on the current production version. So change #2 is made separately to the production level code. Is there now a way to include change #2 with the code containing change #1 without having to manually replicate the change in the workspace? If there are separate flows involved in the changes, can I export/import the flow that includes change #1? I've always tried to make updates serially, but there's always a risk if I have to replicate a fix in my latest development version. Thanks for your help.

Got it, thanks. You are correct, the corresponding complex variable does not exist in "project.variables." I recreated the menu and now have the correct variable and its now working as expected. Thanks so much for the help.
Why it seems to work on VPMS is still a mystery. I went back and looked at a prior version of code which is running in production and its also missing the same variable. Also, our application is strictly DTMF (no voice response). If you have any thoughts on why, I would be interested to hear.

Sorry, we are using AAOD 6.0.
I'm not sure what you mean by the "shadow" variable. Can you please explain what you mean?
I have attached document with original code and also a test version (since I couldn't get an image to paste here).
Just as additional information: I have also run not only the current build, but two previous builds (.ear files) which run fine in the current VPMS environment, but all fail when deployed to the new EPM environment.

FrankieWilson]We are migrating from a Voice Portal to the Experience Portal. Everything seemed to be working fine, until I tried hitting a DTMF key at the first prompt which normally gets a timeout to continue in English (press '2' to select Spanish). It also allows the caller to hit '0' and plays a different announcement. The NI/NM work fine and the app continues as expected. Hitting any defined DTMF (choice element in the script) causes the following exception. Even routing the choice DTMF values to the same node used for NI/NM fails. This prompt comes about 10 secs into the call. There is no failure running on our current VPMS systems, but is a solid failure on the EP. Is there possibly some parameter that we need to set to fix this? Thanks for any suggestions.
