Would someone please look at this workflow and tell me what's wrong? I've stared at it for hours and it looks nearly exactly like one that Avaya produced.
Specially, I cannot get the CS aspects to work. You will see a parallel gateway that runs two tasks. The top task runs just fine. The bottom produces an error (BAD_REQUEST) on the Add Context step. I cannot see what's wrong with it and it's driving me crazy. Thanks.

I did not and will do so later. On vacation this week, but clearly, I am taking time away from my fun.

Thanks. Sounds like a worthwhile function to add to out-of-the-box ED. :-)

Is there a built-in ED tool to convert XML from a web services call into ED object variable? For instance, I am calling a weather service that returns data in the following format. I would like to parse it and store it in an ED object that mirrors the data fields.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><WeatherReturn xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns="http://ws.cdyne.com/WeatherWS/"> <Success>true</Success> <ResponseText>City Found</ResponseText> <State>AZ</State> <City>Scottsdale</City> <WeatherStationCity>Scottsdale</WeatherStationCity> <WeatherID>4</WeatherID> <Description>Sunny</Description> <Temperature>71</Temperature> <RelativeHumidity>45</RelativeHumidity> <Wind>CALM</Wind> <Pressure>29.90R</Pressure> <Visibility /> <WindChill /> <Remarks /></WeatherReturn>
I know there is a way to do this with JSON, but is there a similar tool for XML?
Thanks!

Thank you. That's exactly what I was doing and your workflow has the same problem at runtime. I hear "A Serious error has occurred exiting" when it hits the Recognize Speech task. I have apparently uncovered another problem with the collaboratory setup for my lab. :-(

Thanks. Will do. Just to be clear, I am not trying to make more work for you folks, but it is unclear as to who to turn to when I encounter problems.

Thank you, Vishal.
I imported the WFD and deployed it on a my Collaboratory Cluster. Should I expect it to work? I see the following from the Add operation:
{'csDataInput':'{\'contextId\':\'4085623475w\',\'data\':{}}'} {'csStatusOutput':'ERROR','csDataOutput':'','csMessageOutput':''} none CSTask
And from the Get operation (in Red):
{'csIdInput':'4085623475w'} {} No Context Store cluster is configured in SMGR. CSTask
It appears that CS may not have been setup for my Collaboration node.

I created two options:
DTMF:1 Speech Key: YesKey Phrases: Yes
DTMF:2 Speech Key: NoKey Phrases: No
I mapped the incoming ucid to udid for the task.
When I run my workflow, it sits at that task for many seconds before I hear "A serious error has occurred exiting." It doesn't matter if I press any digits or say anything.
I see this in the admin debug window.
{'ucid':'00500049581467228046'} {'__sid__':'EngagementDesig-3.1.0.1.09009-4feb0c681c0a45232d6371c6d73ee630bbc7e5ccc7c78c87661fa1b747b10ebc','choice':''} none Communication tasks
Am I doing something wrong?

Is there a good document that shows how to use the Context Store Task? The Avaya Engagement Designer Developer's Guide is extremely vague and has no good practical information. Thanks!

Prakash,
I added a Criterion of Instance and it still gets stuck in Receive.

By the way, I tried this with a Call Intercept workflow and have the same problem. In that one I look to see when the caller drops. I will attach it, as well.
