Hi,
The logs attached have not captured the calls which got established.
The 2 calls were terminated when other party was ringing.
Can you please attach logs for call which is established ?

Hi,
I checked with R&D team and they have not seen this issue with recent releases.
To raise bug with R&D, can you please provide following info ?
1) SM trace captured using traceSM with corresponding client log
2) Can you please try disabling direct media on CM and check if issue occurs?

I did checked with R & D team and they have not seen this issue.
Can you please check and provide the following info ?
1) can you please try checking this issue by disabling Direct media on CM?
2) Can you please provide CSDK version ?
3) Can you please provide SM trace along with client logs?
