thanks for your response. I already use that to query a database which returns me the agente and the priority.

Now my customer is moving to a CRM so I cannot query a DB but I have to call a WSDL. What is not clear to me is how I can "import" that custom WSDL into DIW.

It seems to me I can use only WSDL in the CCMS.

is there any way to call a web service from script?

I have a simple call flow

Incoming call --> Prompt&Collect Customer ID --> call http://my.crm?custID=[collected digits] --> queue call to agent & with priority returned by web service.

Can I do that?

Hi,

I do a DB query to get a sentence the TTS server must read. How can set in OD the TTS segment to do that?

I'm able to set only a text but no a variable containing the text retrieved by DB query.

thanks for your answer. I'm able to query the DB from the script and get all customer information.

What I don't know how to do it is to show all customer details in AAAD customer fields".

I suppose those fields are populated by customer details got from CCMM or so and not from an external source.

Hi,

The caller is prompted to digits his customer code (6 digits).
I need to check the inserted code making a select to a DB and, if there is a match queue to a skillset and retrieve all caller details from the DB (oracle) and show them to the agent who answer the call.

Can anybody point me to some documentation are a way to do that?

I just configured CTI connector because I need to get the UCID. Everything works fine except the System.out.println() i configured in my apps to have in catalina log some info for debug purpose.

I noticed if I remove the <tserver> tag in ddconfig.xml my print work else they don't.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi there,

I'm pretty new of DD and AVP. I'm working on a project that a call is sent to AVP. On AVP there are some static VXML for digits colletion and prompting. What I need is pass back to CM the collected digits.
I know how can do that with DD but, for this specific project, I haven't DD so I need to do it with VXML on AVP.

There is a way?
