In ccmm_sdk.pdf on page 2 it is stated, that the SDK supports "Transfer contacts to Agents/Skillsets".
But in the ccmm_help.chm this feature is not described anymore.
The question is: Is it supported by the SDK or not and if "yes", how? There's no description available.

Hi,
When i tried again in LAB today with AACC 6.2 i got the below responce.
Started a new data stream which returned a request ID of 0
Recovery Started
Recovery Successful
Recovery Started
Recovery Successful
Recovery Started
Recovery Successful
Recovery Started
Recovery Successful
But i am not able to see the RDT data.
This i tested for the Agent status with a agent logged in.
can some one help ASAP as customer is waiting for the resolution.

Hi, One of the customer is trying to integrate RTDSDK with AACC 6.2 (HA system) for getting real time data from AACC.
He is able to access the AACC with Sysadmin account and below is the result what customer receiving.
Started a new data stream which returned a request ID of 0.
Compression was ON - data uncompressed successfully.
Compression was ON - data uncompressed successfully.
Compression was ON - data uncompressed successfully.
Compression was ON - data uncompressed successfully.
Compression was ON - data uncompressed successfully.
Not able to see the real time data.
But when tested with CC 7.0 we are geeting the Real Time data from CCMS.
Could anyone suggest why it is not working in AACC?
