Thanks for your response.
Please, I need you to confirm me if you mean that:
1. OD 7.2.3 PDC for Axis2 only connects (as a client) using TLSv1.2.
2. OD 7.2.3 is not compatible with legacy protocols like TLSv1 compatible (does not allow to negociate, it fixed the protocol to only allow TLSv1.2) .
Is this correct ??

Dear DevConnect,
we have done almost everything to force the client IVR application (developed with OD 7.2.3) which consumes Axis2 web services from a TLSv1 legacy Server (TLSv1 is the only protocol it supports).
We get the following exception:

org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Server chose TLSv1, but that protocol version is not enabled or not supported by the client.
at org.apache.axis2.AxisFault.makeFault(AxisFault.java:430)
IBM support says that the problem is that the Axis2 libs from the Avaya runtime framework, that uses the ivr application, forces TLSv1.2
Could this be true ?? If so, is there a was to change this behaviour ??
We tried everything at the Webshere WAS where the IVR application runs... trying to force the SSL protocols.
With no changes....

Thanks for your response.
Yes, I am aware of the configurations requiered for deploymen of code under WebSphere, so as to isolate Axis2 libs.
In our case, the WebSphere 9.x is dedicated to run the OD ivr applications, so there is NO other business appl code runing there.
What we see is that the handshaking fails because the client (Websphere side) does not provide a certificate.
I can provide you a pcap FILE of the SSL handshake, which shows that the client fails to present the certificate requested by the server.
OD Runtime Config web application running on WebSpehere, the path of the trusted_weblm_certs.jks file is shown correctly (lib\ext path) : D:\IBM\Websphere\AppServer\lib\ext\trused_weblm_certs.jks
We tried testing with including the server certificate (private + public keys) into this kestore, but nothing happened....
Currently we have Service Request 1-16892526293 open because the WebLM license also is not been read properly (Known Issue in OD 7.2.3 release notes). I have an "internal error" alarm, and grace period message in the trace.log of the application.
We see in an exception of Runtimeconfig app as it is not able to access the trustedcert.properties file (OpenFile exception in SystemErr.log). The solution for Tomcat does not work here...
Do you think I must open a ticket with Avaya Support, as this environment is a supported one ??
Is it possible to get documentation for the requiered configuration to be applied ??

I am working in a project that is migrating AEP 6.3 and OD 6.3 application to AEP 7.2.3 and OD 7.2.3.
In both testing and production environments, today the IVR application connects with the backend services securely using HTTPS, with mutual athentication.
Please, I need your help for enabling Axis 2 web service integration with customer's backend server, using mutual authentication.
The IVR application was successfully migrated to OD 7.2.3 with latest SP (0803). It consumes backend web services using the Axis 2 available from OD 7.2.3 runtime environment. All of the old Axis web services were upgraded to Axis 2, and the application was regenerated for target deployment under IBM WebSphere 9. And deployed following OD 7.2.3 documented instructions (considerations about priority of accesing Lib classes).
The application today runs correctly when accessing the backend services using plain HTTP protocol.
It was tested by the customer's QA and it passes all funtional tests.
But we have not been able to configure HTTPS with mutual authentication.
Customer root CA was installed in the trusted certificate via the Runtime Config admin web application.
The WebSphere appl server was also configured with a server certificate and proper trusted CA-root certificate.
But remote backend server does not receive the WAS server certificate and closes the connection during SSL protocol handshake.
IBM experts that support the customer's WebSphere explained us that as the IVR application is using its own Axis Libs, it is not relaying in the WebSphere container's certificates (which are administered using Websphere's administration tools).
Do you have instructions on how to configure the Avaya OD Runtime Environment in order to support mutual autentication ??
This must consider instructions on how and where to administer the WAS server's own certificate, so the avaya OD runtime environment that includes Axis 2 Libs use can access the server certificate and negociate SSL/TSL properly.

Please provide the documentation of such an application.
Kripton module should requiere some kind of configuration at the Nuance side.
Also, there should be guidelines to configure the Nuance Seech server.
It is necessary to be able to run the demo.
And also some kind of explanation of what is done in the Java code.

Please, I need your help with this.
I haven't been able to find anything on the demo apps on the EPM/MPP 7.2.2 installarion medias.
I have downloaded all of them and checked the contents, with no positive result.
I need the documentation of the demo to see how it need to be setup/configurations, requierements, and how make it work.

I can't get any doc about it.
I have at my lab Nuance Speech Server platform Rel 11, with all features available including Kripton.
Is there an Application Note about this ??

Dear DevConnect,
Need to know if it is possible to integrate Popup with an external application (and how) when working in a ACCS Outbound Campaign.
I think that one solution could be to use AADD Advanced Screen Pop feature, which can be configured to use Intrinsics.
May be there are other solutions you can share.
So, is there a way to configure a Campaign schema data field to appear as an Intrinsic ??
This way I can then configure the AAAD screen pop functionality (advanced as more 1 parameter is requiered).

I need help to enable Contact Center SOA Web Services.
Can´t to import WSDL in order to use ContactService class services.
I followed instructions on manual with no results.
Looks like somethink is missing in the doc.
After activating SOA Web Service, in Server Configuration tool, for WS Open Interfaces (no TLS config),
and restarting the server, I don´t see any service is listening at ports 9070-9073 (using netstat -a and checking listening ports).
The service requiered is:
http://<CCMS IP address>:9070/SOAOI/scripting/services/ContactService?wsdl
- method: setIntrinsicByName
This is to do a Screen Pop integration from IVR (SCE Script implemented in OD), using Intrinsics.
Any idea if this web service is behind an Apache/Tomcat or now IIS ?? If so, in which path ??
Any clues ??

Why couñd be the reason that is shown in the logs that no more 1 thread is in use and then says that all threads are in use ??
Also, logs necer show more than 1 thread is in use, and requests have to

Please if you can document how many threads are configured when this parameter is set at value "0" (default) ??
Documentation does not explain the way it works.
Is it recommended to set in a value different from "0" ??
I've seen on previous questions related IC Connector that a value of 10 or 15 is being recommended.
This is a client with 150 max concurrent ivr AEP channels, but peaks at 100.
IVR application does about 3 IC Connector operations per call (newcall + 2 setvdu).
We are experiencing performance issued during peak times.
In the trace.log I can see messages saying "There is no available thread".
And in the same logs, only a max of 1 thread running: "There are 1 active threads currently in process".
