Using the OI OpenQ API to create a contact seems to route the contact directly to OQ_Default_Skillset without running any OD scripts...
How can I attach a script to the OpenQueueRoutePoint?
I need to direct OpenQ contacts to different skillsets based on data attached in the intrinsic parameter of CreateOQContact function...

How do I generate a .lic license file for AACC.
Or, how do I get CCLM to use a remote WebLM server.
Avaya PLDS generated a WebLM license file...
I'm installing AACC 6.2 multimedia only. No voice.

Is there any API in AACC that will return UCID?
This is AACC 6.2 environment with voice and multimedia ACD within AACC. But calls enter AACC through CM which will generate a UCID.
Do I need to do a custom AES integration to get UCID?

2 questions:
1. For non-SIP enabled VP, you need to use the CTI connector and monitor VP ports through the AES in order to get UCID. My question is: For SIP-enabled VP is session.ucid auto populated?
2. For environments where AACC is used for the ACD of voice contacts, how does a DD application retrieve the unique contact ID that was generated by AACC?
Thanks.

I'd like to write a JTAPI application to make Predictive calls. The CM should return both Answering Machine and Human to the VDN, but I'd like different treatment for each. i.e. I'd like to route Human to a VDN that queues to agents, but I'd like Answering Machine to route to a different VDN that plays an announcement...
How do I determine which is returned? The documentation is not clear on this...

Thanks... it also helps to register your AES server as MVAP in the DNS... then you can use the default certificate.

When I go the the following URL with IE browser:
https://10.200.1.207/sms/SystemManagementService.php?wsdl
IE gives the following error. This is after installing the certificate...
There is a problem with this website's security certificate.
The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address.
How can the server's certificate be updated so that it is correct?
Currently, my java code gets a handshake exception due to this...

Moved my eclipse folder to root, and that solved it.
Thanks.

The localization jar is at:
C:\Program Files\eclipse\DialogDesigner\localization
So, yes, there is a space. Should I then move eclipse to C:\eclipse?

Checked that, but no matter what I do on the Project Properties tabs, the phrase and phraseset files are not placed in the project folders...
How do I go about fixing this manually then? I have located the .jar file in the localization folder under Eclipse but I'm not sure what to do with it.

I've installed en-us 3.1.2 localization bundle in my project properties but when I run the simulation it throws an exception when trying to play an audio variable:

I have tried both RealSpeak 4.0.10 and Speechify 3.0.1.
TAS scripts allocate the TTS port correctly and the script works fine. But from VXML scripts I get errors like: "resource type not supported" and "no port available"
Note: "no port available" message occurred when all TTS ports were INSERV and idle. Further diagnostics on this error revealed a message: "no ports found for the given criteria"
Can someone give me any tips on how to proceed with trouble-shooting?
