I am new to AACC. How to transfer data - such as ANI, DNIS from AACC to the Experience Portal application? Is there a sample I could use ? The sample I see on the site seems to to be for passing data from EP to AACC and not the other way and for AACC release 6 and I understand the methods have changed for AACC 7.?

The sample ContextCreation shows how to pass data from Experience Portal to AACC. I don't see how to pass data from AACC to Experience Portal , like ANI and DNIS?

Yes, thanks , I have updated the scertcommon. Now there is another problem:
WebLM URL ://:/WebLM/LicenseServer
License status for platform Experience Portal
Runtime Error :com.avaya.weblm.LicenseException: Invalid URL. WebLM Server supports only HTTP and Secure HTTP protocols: no protocol: ://:/WebLM/LicenseServer

I am trying to use the sample application provided on the site - I am working with OD 7.1 and I have imported the Dialog application and recompiled it.
I have deployed it on the application server and I am getting the error bellow ( I have also tried the pre-compiled war file, but then I get an error related to the version and the license webLM) :
>>
type Exception report
message Unable to compile class for JSP:
description The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

I was not able to find references in the documentation.

We have upgraded the OD applications to OD 7.1 for 3 different customers. All those customer sites as well as our lab installation displaythe same error message:
"Failed getting inet cookie token" every few calls.
It fills our logs with errors, we are not sure if there is any other consequence
How can we get rid of this?

Because then I wouldn't know how to catch the fault exception : - as shown in the POM forum
catch (SaveContactToListFault f)
{
Log("GOT SaveContactToListFault!");
Log(f.getFaultMessage().getFaultMsg());
Log(f.getFaultMessage().getRetCode())
}
In a try /catch in the data node I only get the three types of exceptions : sql, io and runtime - or am I missing something?

Yes, I saw it. Thanks for helping out. One last question though, not necesarily related to POM:
In Orchestration Designer - after creating a ws operation file - can I call it from a java servlet ?

Thank you. I am new with java and I am missing the part of actually calling the WS in java. What we normally do is give values to the request in a java servlet,
then call the WS using the wsop operation file and get the values from the response.
Where would the catch go then? I am guessing that we would have to call the WS from a java servlet too instead of using the wsop icon . Would you have an example of that?
Thanks a lot

Thank you.
There does not seem to be any recent managed activity on the POM forum - is it still active?
