A big amount of calls receive a far end disconnect but AAOD6 app isnt handling.
Over MPP the BBE found the following exception,
@2013-11-11 15:24:04,650|PAVB_03335|INFO|VB|19024|Session=SRVMOMPP1-2013315202344-10|Got VoiceXML exception: connection.disconnect.hangup in http://10.10.16.12:8080/UPC/datEvaluaAes?___DDSESSIONID=8068860B94E50817D0E6F9EC612CF7E4%3A%2FUPC|SRVMOMPP1####
The app named UPC has an OnDisconnect Event Handler over the AppRoot and a return node to terminate the app when a disconnect was received.
It seems the event isn't cached by the app.
I will apreciate your answer or help to make a workaround.
Regards!

I didn't exceed the grace period. I took the WebLM offline just a few minutes before.

When you configure the app url in EPM, try adding a parameter as the following:
http://ip:port/appname/Start?getRuntimeVarsWSTimeout=3000
3000 stands for 3s.

Sorry for another question.
Here is what is in one java now:
setEndPoint("AccountLookupService_1252511018265_WS_ENDPOINT");
Would it be modified to:
setEndPoint(variable);
or
setEndPoint("variable");
Thanks.

I have deleted the wsop file and create another one.
Now, I get the same java code as yours.
But the error is still there.
That XML response you originally sent, is that taken straight from OD's log? Or is that just the ideal scenario?
==> The xml is from OD's log.
Also, when you used the servlet you mentioned in your latest post, did you uncheck the Unwrap Output Parameters option?
I have deleted the wsop file, and make a call to the webservice directy in a servlet, by writting a java code for that.

Its able to locate the file. I believe if the file is not found it would throw the following error
"An error occurred while Agent.Properties is not found at the application running location".(Troubleshooting section 6 ) . Initially I got the quoted error, after pointing the config folder to class path , the quoted error was not popping up. However I got the other error "Error occurred while trying to open IO Stream"
Also the parameter values are right in Properties file.

I thought that the OD Runtime would only get a license once an hour. My system is validating the license with every call.
The following trace is after applying SP3.

» Original TFN Dialed, 13/11/2013 13:49:36

What's the best way to retrieve the original TFN dialed in a Speech Application? It shows up in the EPM reports, for example, sip:1866870xxxx@uhc.com:5080, as the Destination Number, but we're not seeing it anywhere in the Session variable. We were able to see that it's in the SIP header in the To field, but so far haven't been able to retrieve it.
We did try using a Capture Expression object in the root node, as the description said it can be used to retrieve SIP header information, but were unsure of what to put into the Expression field, we tried putting the location like "hints.sip.to" but either retrieved nothing or the app would crash, I'm unfamiliar with ECMA scripts so wasn't sure exactly how to format one to retrieve SIP information.
thanks!

» Transfer other network IVR call to AACC (AES) with CAD data, 13/11/2013 10:58:15

Have you looked into User to User Information (UUI). If your IVR, which is on the other network, can attach data to UUI then that should carry across and your JTAPI application can pull it out. The JTAPI Conference Transfer sample application has code that retrieves UUI. However, if the IVR does not have the CAD details then it won't be able to attach them to the call. What is CAD data and where is it located? It will need to be made available to the IVR or you won't be able to attach it to the call.

» DB failovers not working unless tomcat restarts, 13/11/2013 06:37:55

Hi
In our current solution ,We are using a DB Failover mechanism when our Primary DB server is down (configured by “Add Failover” in the DB connections as if Primary DB downs , then it fails over to Secondary DB and if the second downs ,fails over to Primary) although that this works we always needs to restart tomcat when a connection is reestablished to the primary server for the app to detect this , more importantly if both servers go down even if they come back again we are unable to detect this so nothing is written on the DB even though that both servers are up unless we restart tomcat.
So, suggest us how can we change the code so it works without a tomcat restart (bearing in mind that the current architecture is used many places in the code so if possible we would like to avoid reengineering this).
Avaya OD Version : 6.0
Thanks
