Hi, I am new to DMCC and sorry if this is a silly question. If we are using DMCC to get the RTP stream of a 2 party conversation, is it possible to get/extract only one parties voice/RTP stream?

Hi, is it possible to have more than one system (for example, one DMCC based call recording solution and another custom DMCC application) get the media streams using DMCC for the same station?

Hi Martin,
Here's the output. We still have the problem of # when we dial TRUNK ACCESS CODE (TAC) using TSAPI (it doesnt have the # if dialed from phone). So, we have written a vector which collects digits and routes to digits...that works!

Hi Martin,
You are right in saying that the '#' is not inserted by AES. I checked the AES trace and it is not there. But, it is there in the CM TAC trace. But, I went and selected 'y' on suppress # on the trunk form. But, still, there is a difference between transferring to a TAC from the physical phone vs. transferring to a TAC using TSAPI. My question is, is there any way using TSAPI to achieve the same result as we are transferring to TAC from a physical phone?

Hi, we are trying to transfer an active call on a station to a TAC so that the caller can get a dial tone. This works perfectly from a physical phone. But, when we try to transfer or even make call from a station using TSAPI, it seems to add a '#' at the end of the number (for example, if our TAC is 105, TSAPI dials/transfers to 105#). Because of this, the CM seizes the trunk member and then dials a # which results in unsuccessful result. Is there any way to suppress TSAPI from dialling this # at the end of make call or transfer call?

Yes, we want the voicemail to answer with the stations correct greetings. So, there is no other way with TSAPI/JTAPI to send it directly to the stations voice mail?

Hi, is there any way to transfer an active call at a station directly to voicemail of another station instead of ringing at the destination station? I know attendant consoles can do this. Can we do this using TSAPI/JTAPI?

Hi, I did find earlier posts in the FAQs regarding this. But, there were few FAQs that has conflicting information...maybe because of the version/time it was posted. If we have AES 6.x, do we need Advanced TSAPI to have phantom stations/calls?

Hi,
Are we able to force a beep tone onto a station using any of the AES protocols/APIs? We want to write a custom application that beeps on agent phones when there are calls waiting in certain queues. I know 'q-calls' button can be programmed. But, we need to introduce a beep.

Hi, we are trying to write a simple predictive application using the TSAPI function cstaMakePredictiveCall. Can anyone help us in determining all the possible return values of cstaMakePredictiveCall? For example, does this function return busy, no answer, answering machine, fax and positive human voice detection?

Hi, we are trying to write a JTAPI application which replaces our existing TSAPI one. We used to get the number of agents logged in, number of agents available and number of calls in queue using the attQueryACDSplit() method in TSAPI. In JTAPI ACDAddress, we can see getLoggedOnAgents() and getNumberQueued(). Isn't there a getAvailableAgents() or something? Is there any other single function to get the number of available agents in a skill using JTAPI?

Hi, can you please confirm if connectPredictive/cstaMakePredictiveCall can provide us event for fax machine and answering machine? What are the different call progress event supported please (assuming that we have advanced TSAPI license)?
