Support Options

DevConnect provides development support to Technology Partners utilizing SNMP as a source of data for their applications. For customers and Systems Integrators, support may be offered on a case-by-case basis under a Support-Enabled membership. Production issues with Compliance Tested solutions should be raised by the end customer through Avaya Client Services. Note: DevConnect support is limited to the product configuration needed to access the SNMP information, but does not extend to the contents of the data in the SNMP messaging.
