Product Overview

Avaya is adopting Experience and Engagement as its driving principals. With the rise of mobility and the cloud, the world has moved past collaboration to an era of engagement. Applications can be written for Avaya Vantage™ using Android development tools and the Avaya Breeze™ Client Software Development Kit’s Desk Phone Services Package. This package provides API interfaces which use the special features of the Avaya Vantage device such as the switch hook, optional corded and cordless headsets, hardware based echo cancellation, message waiting indicator, and other features not normally available on mobiles, laptops, and tablets.

Avaya Vantage™ is an elegant touch screen based SIP Phone that empowers customer Experience and Engagement solutions. It allows customers to create communications solutions that deliver the flexibility and agility that businesses need to grow. Communications features can be integrated seamlessly in business processes applications by customizing Vantage with the Breeze Client SDK.

Please note that Avaya Vantage is not a Contact Center device, and does not support the Contact Center features and functionality available in the Avaya Breeze™ Client SDK at this time.
