Release 3.4

Avaya Analytics (Oceanalytics) Release 3.4 was made generally available in December 2017; Service Pack 1 (Release 3.4.0.1) was issued in May 2018. This is NOT the latest release of Avaya Analytics. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: August 14, 2018
  • End of support: August 14, 2019
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Analytics.

New in Release 3.4

Avaya Analytics (Oceanalytics) 3.4 introduced the following new and enhanced features:

  • Enhancements to existing Oceana operational reporting including Agent Personal Inbound and Outbound as well as reporting for Video channel
  • New out of the box reports including Routing Point Summary and Contact Center Performance (both Historical & Real Time)
  • Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4
  • Provides high availability of the Oracle database using Oracle Real Application Clusters

Release Information

IMPORTANT The Real-time Open Interface API using Kafka is deprecated. The last update to the Real-time Open Interface API was release 4.1.
