Avaya Analytics Release 4.3 using Avaya CSP

Avaya Analytics Release 432 using Avaya Common Services Platform (CSP) was made generally available in January 2023. This is the latest release, and is recommended for new development.

New in Release 4.3

Avaya Analytics 4.2 introduced the following new and enhanced features:

  • Enhancements to real-time and historical reporting including new measures for In Focus/Out of Focus and post response activities as well as updates to existing blended measures
  • Improvements to deployment activities, including geo monitoring and crunchy monitoring tools, copy functionality for deployment spreadsheet, non-expiry licensing for historical reporting, upscaling, approval process for ad-hoc feature measures, prevention of empty interval database writing, and MSTR web session timeout
  • Updated the platform version to Common Services 1.3.0.1

Release Information

IMPORTANT The Real-time Open Interface API using Kafka is now deprecated and new customers should use the Avaya Analytics REST & WebSocket Open Interface. The last update to the Real-time Open Interface API was release 4.1, which is compatible with Avaya Analytics release 4.1.1.
