SIP-enabled Avaya Aura Contact Center supports rapid and flexible solution integration using SIP messaging-based User‐to‐User (UUI) and P-Intrinsics data. This sample application demonstrates how to transfer customer data from Avaya Experience Portal to Avaya Aura Contact Center using SIP header information.
