About The Sample Application
The Agent Viewer sample application demonstrates a variety of the Call Center Agent related capabilities of the Java Telephony API (JTAPI) supported by Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services (AE Services). The application simulates an Agent and showcases a set of operations that can be performed on the Agent using JTAPI.
Using this sample application, users can log the Agent in and out, change the Agent state and answer or disconnect calls on behalf of the Agent. Users can also monitor the state of the Agent as well as the progress of calls to or from the Agent.
