Support Options

Important notice about CVLAN interface support: CallVisor LAN (CVLAN) is a legacy AE Services interface. CVLAN Client downloads are available via the DevConnect portal for the purpose of maintaining existing applications at existing customers only. CVLAN may not be used for new application development of for new customer deployments. DevConnect does not provide application development support nor compliance testing for any CVLAN-based solution and any technical support for an existing 3rd party CVLAN solution must be obtained via a formal customer SR.

Technical Support

DevConnect Enhanced level members can access Tier 1 - 4 developer technical support as part of their membership benefits package and may purchase additional hours by contacting their DevConnect Business Development Manager. Registered level members may also have access to Tier 1 & Tier 2 developer technical support for a select number of products.
