Support Options

IMPORTANT DevConnect does not provide a remote lab or offer procurement options for the Avaya Oceana solution. To obtain support or have DevConnect perform solution testing, developers must have access to an existing Avaya Oceana environment.

Technical Support

DevConnect Enhanced level members can access Tier 1 - 4 developer technical support as part of their membership benefits package and may purchase additional hours by contacting their DevConnect Business Development Manager. Registered level members may also have access to Tier 1 & Tier 2 developer technical support for a select number of products.
